Services may be contracted or production time scheduled for the use of the facilities.
Interested persons are required to attend a Food Processing Workshop prior to scheduling.

Preparation Kitchen

A stainless steel prep kitchen is available for washing and prepping food products for dried food production, juicing and grinding services. Also available is a 30 quart VCM (Vertical-Cutter- Mixer).

Commercial Food Dehydrator

A versatile Commercial Food Dehydrator is available for drying a variety of fruits, vegetables, meats, and herbs. Capacity of 1500 pounds of product per day on solid or perforated trays. Variable fan speed and heat controls. Moisture Analyzer.

Fitzmill Grinder

Heavy duty food grinder available featuring 9 screen sizes for finished sizes from ½ inch to powder.

Viniquip Optipress Juicer

Volume fruit press is available for most soft fruit applications.
